One of the hidden cultural gem of Vanuatu is located hundred meters away from the Vanuatu Rainbow Lodge, in the Society of Mary Missionary Fathers yard: the Utlalo Foundation.
Nambatu Suburb
Less than 2 kilometers away heading North, at Saralana Park, is located the Vanuatu Cultural Center, which hosts the Vanuatu National Museum and the Vanuatu National Library and Archives.
Following a visit to the National Museum, we can’t recommend more than visiting the Chief Roi Mata’s Domain which is on UNESCO World Heritage List.
Opposite Saralana Park is the Parliament of the Republic of Vanuatu, as well as the Vanuatu National Convention Center.
On the other direction, towards Nambatri suburb, the Wharf Road which goes on the right hand-side passes in front of the Vanuatu Handicraft Market and leads you to Port-Vila international and domestic wharves.
